Cancellation Policy

Employers who cancel prior to December 16 will receive a 75 percent refund. Any cancellation after this date is non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for this event for registrants who choose not to attend and do not notify our office prior to the cancellation deadline. We are also unable to provide refunds for registrants who are unable to attend at the last minute due to circumstances including inclement weather. Since rain, snow, and sleet are always possible in central Pennsylvania at this time of year, check the travel conditions and use your best judgment when deciding whether or not to make the trip to State College.

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for participants' other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
