Engineering Networking Reception

The Engineering Networking Reception is a drop-in professional networking event that gives recruiters an opportunity to meet and mingle with undergraduate and graduate engineering students prior to the Engineering Career Fair.
Employer attire is business professional or business casual. Many employers wear clothing featuring a company or organizational name or logo. If you wish to wear a name tag, please bring one with you.
Setup and Materials
Each company or organization will be assigned one 3-foot round cocktail table at the venue. A plain table cloth will be provided.
Standard Registrations
Given the space constraints, please do not bring booths or display boards. Branded tablecloths are permitted. We cannot accept shipped materials for this event.
Sponsor Registrations
Sponsors may bring a small banner stand display to the event. If you wish to ship your banner stand in advance, please contact Kim Fox at kaw163@psu.edu or 814-863-9861.
