Recruiting Partners Program
This program is a partnership between our office and participating employers, providing strategic assistance with recruiting, enhanced access to target populations, and increased opportunities for visibility in the College of Engineering.
Cost
$10,000 per fiscal year (July 1–June 30)
Program Benefits
Engagement
- Personalized assistance with developing a strategic recruiting, branding, and engagement plan
- Priority access to interview space and recruiting event scheduling
- One complimentary recruiting day or similar event per academic year, held at the time of your choosing ($1,000 value)
- Assistance in executing up to two targeted student recruiting events per academic year (e.g., information session, mock interview session, résumé review session)
Access
- Exclusive invitations to provide professional development presentations and activities for engineering students
- Facilitated access to student organizations in the College of Engineering
Visibility
- One standard booth registration at your choice of one of the following: Engineering Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Career Reception, Engineering Career Fair, Fall Engineering Networking Reception, School of EECS Day, or Engineering Career Week
- Highly visible booth placement at engineering career events (in-person or virtual)
- Assistance with promotion of selected activities, jobs, and events
