Recruiting Partners Program
This program is a partnership between our office and participating employers, providing strategic assistance with recruiting, enhanced access to target populations, and increased opportunities for visibility in the College of Engineering.
Cost
$10,000 per fiscal year (July 1–June 30)
Program Benefits
Engagement
- Annual recruiting strategy planning and review sessions with our recruiting team lead and staff
- Premier access to interview space and recruiting event scheduling, including:
- Preferred choice of on-campus interview dates
- Early opportunity to reserve interview rooms within our office
- One complimentary recruiting day or similar event per academic year ($500 value)
- Assistance in executing up to two targeted student recruiting events per academic year (e.g., information session, mock interview session, résumé review session)
Access
- Exclusive invitations to provide professional development presentations and activities for engineering students
- Access to student organizations across the College of Engineering and the School of EECS
- Access to faculty engagement opportunities and potential research collaborations
Visibility
- Early notification of all Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations recruiting events
- One complimentary table (per academic year) at choice of one of the following: Engineering Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Career Reception, Engineering Career Fair, Fall Engineering Networking Reception, School of EECS Day, or Spring Engineering Career Fair
- Highly visible booth placement at engineering career events (in-person or virtual)
- Assistance with promotion of selected activities, jobs, and events
- Your logo featured on rotating digital displays in Hammond Building
- Recognition as a sponsor for the annual Engineering Reverse Career Fair
