NGC Presents: The 2024 InnovatHER Pathfinding Invitational

Join Northrop Grumman in fall 2024 for two days of engagement workshops, networking opportunities, tours, and interviews for summer internships and entry-level opportunities. Participation is by invitation only. Apply by May 1 to be considered for this event.

Eligibility requirements for this program include:

• Major in AERSP, CMPSC, EE, ME, or a similar degree program
• U.S. citizenship
• Interest in working in the aerospace and defense industries
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company

Involvement in student organizations designed to empower women (i.e. SWE, WiCS) is preferred, but not required.

If selected to attend, Northrop Grumman will cover travel, lodging and meals. More information and program details will be sent to selected students.
