Engagement & Sponsorship Opportunities

Employers have several options to engage with engineering students through targeted custom recruiting events, partnership programs, and course sponsorship. All of the following events have associated fees.

Recruiting Day

A Recruiting Day ($1,250) is a single-employer event similar to a career fair. It gives employers a focused opportunity to meet engineering students, promote their organization, and discuss full-time, internship, and co-op opportunities.

Event Details

Our staff manages registration, marketing, and student outreach. Promotion of the event is done via email and digital signage. The event is held in a high-traffic engineering study lounge near classrooms and includes branded signage.

Employers may bring:

  • Multiple representatives from different business units (if desired)
  • Displays
  • Approved equipment
  • Giveaways
  • Brochures and other informational materials

Students stop by between classes to ask questions, learn about opportunities, and share résumés. They are encouraged to treat the event like a career fair, though most will attend in casual clothing.

Only one Recruiting Day is scheduled per day to maximize impact.

Tabling Event

A tabling event ($1,250) gives employers a way to build brand awareness on campus, even when they are not actively hiring. Students can stop by to meet representatives, ask questions, and learn more about the organization.
