Fees and Payment

Standard registration ($1,000.00) includes one designated three-foot round by four-foot high cocktail table with a tablecloth and a sign with your employer logo. Up to four representatives may attend.

Sponsor registration ($2,000.00) includes a highly visible placement and your logo featured on the website, posters, and banners for the event. Sponsors may also bring a banner stand display to the event. Up to ten representatives may attend.

You can pay either by check or by credit card.

Credit Card

  1. Access your Nittany Lion Careers account (if you don't have one before you register, you will get one after your registration is confirmed and you will receive a separate email with instructions).
  2. Select the employer login button and input your login credentials.
  3. Select Events > Career Fairs from the left menu.
  4. Scroll through the list to find this event and select Registered.
  5. Select the Accounting tab to view your invoice.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Pay with Credit Card.

You will be redirected to a new page where you can submit your payment information to Penn State. Upon submission, you will be directed back to your paid invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel by August 1 for a 75 percent refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for this event for registrants who choose not to attend and do not notify our office prior to the cancellation deadline.

The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for participants' other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Parking

Parking is free for guests and visitors at the Penn Stater.

COVID-19 Information

At this time, Penn State is requiring all students, faculty, staff, and visitors—including those who are vaccinated and unvaccinated—to wear masks indoors at all campuses. Universal masking is required in all classrooms—regardless of size—as well as in meeting rooms, common areas in residence halls, and at any indoor events.
