CPT Sample Employer Offer Letter

This is an example of what an offer letter that meets ISSA requirements for CPT might look like. While layouts and content will differ, offer letters must be on letterhead and must include:

  • Job title
  • Exact start and end dates of employment
  • Address for the physical location where the internship or co-op will take place (must include street number and name, city, state, and ZIP code)
  • Number of hours of work per week
  • Detailed description of the tasks that will be performed

  • Assist with documenting, testing, and training for new reports or enhancement of existing reports
  • Review processes for compliance with company policies
