Global Careers Institute Conference

This conference, which will take place March 22-23, 2024, is open to all undergraduate students interested in global careers. Space for this event is limited to 150 students from all Penn State campuses. Apply by January 14 to be considered!

Penn State Global collaborates with units across the university to provide both international and domestic students with the Global Careers Institute (GCI), an opportunity to prepare students for their career success and resilience in an ever-changing and intercultural world of work. It is a 1.5-day professional development program where students can engage with leading Penn State alumni, learning directly from them through networking opportunities and conference sessions.

A GCI weekend kicks off with a Friday evening welcome dinner including a keynote speaker and networking events, and continues into Saturday with concurrent sessions led by alumni, faculty, and staff all focused on students interested in global careers. GCI is intentionally designed to serve the needs of international students and domestic students alike.
