Merck Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Information Session

Learn about Merck's Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) and get the opportunity to gain real-world experience while working on high-priority assignments. IE majors. Casual attire.

The MLDP is a three-year program, designed to provide experience in the core work necessary to manufacture and supply Merck's products. Each employee will have three one-year rotations across Merck's manufacturing division. Throughout the program, a deliberate learning and development plan is applied to supplement the rotational experiences, specifically to fortify professional and leadership skills. During the program, Merck invests significantly in participants' development and provides exposure and experience across the business, including coaching from senior leaders, exposure to real-life manufacturing and business challenges, and training from industry leading scientist and engineers. Upon completion of the program, MLDP members apply to high-impact roles as they continue to develop their careers at Merck.
