The Engineering Impact Recruiting Event helps prepare engineering students for Fall Career Days by providing an opportunity to meet recruiters and learn about available internship, co-op, and entry-level full-time positions in a smaller career fair-like atmosphere. There is no fee for students to participate.

Please access the Nittany Lion Inn from the rear entrance (facing Rec Hall). Follow the sidewalk from the Lion Shrine towards the Inn; signs will be posted to guide foot traffic.

Attire is business professional. 

To prepare:

• Research participating employers of interest by looking at their websites and social media.
• Practice your 30-second introduction/elevator pitch so you are ready to make the right first impression on recruiters.
• Prepare an up-to-date résumé. Take 8–10 printed copies with you in case an employer you are interested in requests one.
