Recruiting Day
A Recruiting Day is a standalone career fair-like event that focuses on a single employer. Recruiting Days give employers the opportunity to engage with students and staff, share information about the company or organization, and talk about job opportunities.

Event Specifics
Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations staff will manage registration, marketing, and student outreach for the Recruiting Day. Marketing will be done via email, digital signage, and social media from our office.
The event will be located either in the engineering student lounge (Kunkle Lounge) or in another high-traffic area and will include branded signage provided by Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations.
Employers are encouraged to bring multiple representatives from multiple business units (if applicable/desired) and may bring displays, Penn State-approved equipment, giveaways, brochures, and other information to share with students.
Students can stop by the Recruiting Day between classes or when they are otherwise free to discuss full-time, internship and/or co-op opportunities, ask questions, and learn more about the employer. They are advised that the event is similar to a career fair and that they should bring resumes; however, most will be dressed casually.
To maximize the impact of each Recruiting Day for both employers and students, we will only schedule one per day.
