BAE Systems Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Information Session

Learn about the OLDP within the Electronic Systems (ES) Sector at BAE Systems, a program designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated recent college graduates. OLDP participants will start their career at BAE Systems with a series of three, one-year rotations. They will have the opportunity to experience assignments in several operational functions, business areas, and product groups nationwide. All majors welcome.
