Recruiting Partners Program

This program is a partnership between Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations and participating employers, providing strategic assistance with recruiting, enhanced access to target populations, and increased opportunities for visibility in the College of Engineering.

Cost

$10,000 per fiscal year (July 1–June 30)

Program Benefits

Engagement

  • Annual recruiting strategy planning and review sessions with the Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations recruiting team lead and staff
  • Premier access to interview space and recruiting event scheduling, including:
    • Preferred choice of on-campus interview dates
    • Early opportunity to reserve interview rooms within the Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations office (117 Hammond)
  • One complimentary recruiting day or similar event per academic year ($500 value)
  • Assistance in executing up to two targeted student recruiting events per academic year (e.g., information session, mock interview session, résumé review session)

Access

  • Exclusive invitations to provide professional development presentations and activities for engineering students
  • Access to student organizations across the College of Engineering and the School of EECS
  • Access to faculty engagement opportunities and potential research collaborations
